Movie Idea
A five-minute* short video made by any filmmaker from anywhere in the world, visualizing the concept of IRANIAN HERITAGE to be screened at the foundation’s Noruz celebrations in March 2009.
*length of the film may be at approximately 5-8 minutes

Definition of IRANIAN HERITAGE
Farhang Foundation defines IRANIAN HERITAGE as a way of life and culture that:

  • has been passed from one generation to the next in an Iranian influenced environment
  • is not limited to geographical borders
  • includes past and present cultural elements such as arts, literature, music and history.

We are proud to announce that Farhang Foundation has selected the following six submissions as the finalists, based on originality, creativity, storytelling, production value, and visualization of Iranian Heritage.
