Tamale Making Workshop A Folk Art Everywhere Happening

Dive into the process of making tamales with the talented chefs of Mama’s Hot Tamales!  Learn how to make the outer shell of masa, or corn meal, and stuff it with delicious fillings. You’ll also get to take home any tamales you prepare during the workshop.
