Tabla Workshop A Folk Art Everywhere Happening

Robin Sukhadia leads this interactive workshop examining the rhythms, history, and language of tabla—the traditional drums of North India.  You’ll be introduced to the correct posture, finger positioning, and basic notes associated with the tabla.  Robin will also delve into the history that gave rise to this tradition.  No prior experience necessary and drums will be provided.
