Dr. Amin helps individuals achieve greater success in life and in business. She has worked with individuals and organizations from around the world in both Iran and the U.S. Her book, Success Strategies of Iranian American Leaders is currently in circulation in both countries. She has consulted managers on leadership and interviewed some of the most prominent Iranian leaders in the U.S. to determine their secrets of success.

 

Dr. Madjidi is a professor of leadership and the recipient of the prestigious Howard A. White award for excellence in teaching at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. He has consulted with organizations such as British Petroleum, Federal Express, Universal Music Group, Hyundai USA as well as training and coaching a large number of highly successful executives.
